The room is very nice and clean. I have visited Perch's properties many times but the way of speaking of the staff here is very bad. The atmosphere at the reception is very good. The service of this place is also very good. market, hospital, metro station, medical store, everything is properly nearby, will visit again very soon with my family.

Room was very comfortable service staff took care of every need i will recommend my friends and family to stay as the. location was perfect for all requirements I know gurgaon food ordered came in time and tasty over all it was an very excellent stay thanks to perch arbor suites and specially thanks to Ms. payal at front desk has been very helpful.....

I was arrived in the midnight around 12Am. Mr.Raj Kumar assisted me with the checkin formalities in priority. Here food is very nice Rooms are very spacious and located very near to Gurgaon with the best price. I would recommend this hotel if anyone wants to stay near Gurgaon.

it's a nice place to stay, the hotel provides excellent service, special all hotel staff is extremely good and superb behavior, rooms are very clean and species, I will recommend my friends and family to stay as the location was perfect for all requirements....over it was good stay.....

Perch never disappoints! Stayed at arbor suites after about years and still feels good, they seem to have done some changes to the set-up and interiors. Overall I was happy and the service is always with a smile. It is always value for money that gets me back

Good affordable and simple hotel which is located in very convinient place for shopping and very near to Fortis hospital.Staff was very helpful and friendly .Food from the hotel maintained the quality and specially thanks to reception managers....

Very Helpful Reception mam, understands your needs. Room and Bathroom is very good, clean and hygiene. Room service, Food very good. Rates are reasonable comparing to other hotels around there. Easy access to Metro, Market, Hospital, etc.,

Location is the USP for this hotel. And the property manager was very friendly, we checked around 1PM and he helped us out smoothly in checkin process.

Nice place right across from Marriott. Super location. Very quiet and friendly. Just what we were looking for as we didn't want the hustle bustle of a very commercial place. The staff is nice and friendly and we got great breakfast served in the room every day. Recommend this place.
